Booked flight online, they misspelled my name. Prefix suffix issue. Passenger list compromised. Aeroflot did not let me board. I asked manager to correct, TSA Regulations don't allow it. Russian suggested new ticket for double price. I refused. Date change wasn't possible. Called CheapO, tried to sell me ticket for triple price, I refused. At Aeroflot HQ, found out ticket was lost. Called CheapO again, they lied about Escalation Team working on it, allow 1-3 days. Day four nothing happens. Georgia from Escalation team left me voice mail, called her back my messages not returned. CheapOair owes me 387 USD and I am still here in LA. I wonder if the whole problem was created, with a hidden agenda, to up sell the stranded passenger.I will complain to BBB, DOT plus expect a Small Claims suit. Lost me as a customer.
